They develop programs to encourage business firms to regulate their own advertising and selling practices, and they serve as a neutral third party to help settle disputes between consumers and businesses.
The injury/complaint line is answered from 9:30am- 3:30pm Monday through Thursday, and from 8:30am- 2:30 Fridays. |
