Eligibility:Income-based. Children qualify if they live in families with incomes up to 185 % of the federal poverty level. Pregnant women qualify if their family incomes are up to 200% of the federal poverty level. Payments made for child care expenses or child support will be subtracted from income.
Services Provided:All Kids is a state program that offers health care coverage to children and pregnant women and help in paying premium of employer-sponsored or private insurance plans. All Kids services are available at no cost or at low cost. How much depends on whether a family income is below 133%, between 133-150% or between 150 - 185 percent of the federal poverty level.

All Kids services include doctor and nursing care, hospital and clinic care, laboratory tests and x=rays, prescription drugs, medical equipment and supplies, medical transportation, dental care, eye care, psychiatric care, podiatry, chiropractic care and physical therapy. Pregnant women receive pre-natal care and other medical services.

For persons who already have health insurance, families with incomes up to 185% of the federal poverty level and who have employer-sponsored or private insurance can receive help from All Kids to pay their insurance premiums. All Kids participants enrolled in employer or private plans receive the services provided by those plans.
