| Services Provided: | Food available: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 1 PM - 4 PM. May receive food every 2 months.
Vouchers for medicine; utility assistance, temporary lodging; clothes for the needy; gas for out-of-town doctors appointments; thrift store. Also, Birthday program for families with children ages 1-12 years.

| Comments: | For assistance, bring: picture ID for each adult, Social Security cards for everyone in household, proof of income, proof of address, copy of household expenses.
Attempt to help all who come in; otherwise, referrals made to other social service agencies. |
