|Office Hours:||8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday|
|Eligibility:||Families expecting and/or with children who are at risk for developmental delay from birth to three (36 months).|
|Area Served:||McDonough, Fulton, Hancock, and Schuyler Counties|
|Services Provided:||Child development education through developmental, health, vision and hearing screening, parenting education through personal visits and "Play to Learn" groups, case management through a individual familly support plan, book/video lending library, linkage to community services, parent/child activities and preschool transition services.|
|Comments:||Eligibility is determined through a screening and parent interview. Risk factors to qualify for this program are the following but not limited to: low income, teen or single parent with little support, at risk for developmental delay, premature or low birth weight infants, environmental or economic conditions. All activities and services are at NO CHARGE to participating families.
