| Services Provided: | Free confidential help to quit smoking. Trained Quitline staff can help people who speak English, Spanish and many other languages. Quitline staff will send you tips to decide when to quit, provide information on quitting and help you understand what to expect when you quit. |
| Comments: | If you are pregnant and smoke, your baby is smoking, too! The poisons in the smoke can keep your unborn baby from getting the food and oxygen needed to grw. Others are also harmed by secondhand smoke. |
